Before joining ITility, Tom served as Chief Growth Officer at Tsymmetry, where he developed and implemented multiple successful strategic growth initiatives and drove cultural change to establish a business development mindset throughout the firm. He has also held senior positions at firms that include LongView International Technology Solutions (LTS), Deloitte Consulting, CACI International, and American Management Systems (AMS). 

Tom holds a BS degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, a Masters in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and an e-Business certificate from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. His extensive education and diverse professional background make him a key asset in driving ITility’s growth and success.
